(4) PACK battery factory uses slotted nickel plate for spot welding. The size of nickel plate meets the requirements of large current discharge. The nickel plate material guarantees low internal resistance. The spot welder guarantees stable operation and the quality of the welding pin ensures quality. The operator is trained and qualified and then put into operation. The operator will check if the solder joint is secure after spot. welding. In addition, vibration tests were performed on each batch of products to verify vibration resistance.
 
(5) Different batches of batteries were made into typical finished products and tested for their lifetime. Combined with the PACK design specification for lithium batteries.
 
(6) Verify the high and low temperature performance of the battery. Different PACK lithium battery manufacturers' cells are made into finished products. The discharge test of different magnifications will be performed at high and low temperatures, and then the actual discharge curve will be obtained.
